Rugby Champs (PTY) Ltd Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Rugby Champs! By joining, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a member.

1. Membership Duration

  • Membership is valid for one year.

2. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees must be paid on the first of each new month.

  • A non-refundable registration fee of R400 is required upon joining. This fee includes a Rugby Champs shirt, shorts, cap and sports bag. 

  • Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of extraordinary circumstances as determined by Rugby Champs (PTY) Ltd management.

  • Rugby Champs (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to adjust membership and registration fees at the beginning of each year. Members will be notified of any changes prior to registration.

3. Termination of Membership

  • Members who wish to end their membership must provide one full term's notice in writing. The notice must be received by Rugby Champs (PTY) Ltd at least one full term before the desired cancellation date.

  • Upon notification of termination, all fees for the remainder of the current term must be paid upfront, regardless of whether the member continues to participate in the program for the remainder of the term.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

  • Members are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during all Rugby Champs activities, both on and off the field.

  • Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in a warning or, if necessary, termination of membership without refund.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Rugby Champs reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

  • By continuing your membership, you accept and agree to abide by any updated terms.
